The CAFe Budapest Contemporary Arts Festival will now be held for the 25th time, between 7–23 October, 2016.

From contemporary classical music to theatre premieres, from popular music to contemporary circus, dance and visual art, the art of our times will again be highlighted in the Hungarian capital during the 17 days of the event series, which is realized in cooperation between Müpa Budapest and Budapest Festival and Tourism Centre. Besides the outstanding Hungarian artists, world stars will also be hosted by CAFe Budapest, which this year focuses on Polish art and artists, as well as on Béla Bartók, who was born 135 years ago.

The venues of 2016 include Müpa Budapest, Liszt Academy, A38 Ship, Budapest Music Center, Castle Garden Bazaar, Vigadó, Akvárium, Millenáris and Bálna Budapest.
